The 2024 adopted tax rate is $1.2394 per $100 valuation.
 
Farmersville Independent School District ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR'S TAX RATE.THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 2.10 PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $-2.30.

Your local property tax database will be updated regularly during August and September as local elected officials propose and adopt the property tax rates that will determine how much you pay in property taxes.


A property owner may register on the Local Property Tax Database website to have notifications regarding updates to the property tax database delivered to them by e-mail.
