Farmersville ISD encourages you and your family to become familiar with the employee benefits portal website.  Inside, you will find detailed information about your employee benefits program including benefit summaries, claim forms, administrative forms, customer service numbers, provider directories and direct links to the insurance carriers.  You will also find some helpful information regarding each employee benefit product so you can choose a benefit package that's right for you and your family.

Employee Leave  
Employees working 20 hours or more per week and a minimum of 173 days per year earn five Local Personal Days and 5 State Personal Days. The District will make Local Personal and State Personal Leave for the current year available at the beginning of the school year.
If an employee separates from employment with the District before his/her last duty day of the year, or begins employment after the first duty day for the position, State personal and local personal leave shall be prorated based on the actual time employed.

Change of Address
All farmers are required to have their current address on file with Farmersville ISD. Should your address change, you must fill out the change of address form located below. 

Ascender Employee Access
The Ascender Employee Access system allows employees to access current and historical pay information including calendar year-to-date information, deductions, earnings, leave balances, and W-2 information. Depending on the district options chosen, employees may view up to 18 months of check stub information; year-to-date leave earned, used, and balances (including any unprocessed transactions entered for future payrolls); and up to five years of W-2 information.
