Farmersville ISD Celebrates Growth in 2025 Accountability Ratings
Farmersville, Texas — Farmersville ISD is proud to announce an increase in its overall Texas A–F accountability score, reflecting the district’s continued commitment to academic excellence and student success.
In the newly released 2025 ratings, Farmersville ISD earned an overall score of 84 (B), up from 81 (B) in 2024. Farmersville Intermediate posted the largest gain in the district, climbing from 72 to 80. Farmersville Junior High also improved, moving from 80 to 83, while Farmersville High School maintained its A (91) rating, demonstrating consistent, high-level performance year over year.
All three campuses also earned distinction designations from the Texas Education Agency:
- Farmersville High School – Academic Achievement in Science, Academic Achievement in Social Studies, Postsecondary Readiness
- Farmersville Junior High – Academic Achievement in Reading/Language Arts, Academic Achievement in Mathematics, Academic Achievement in Science, Top 25% Comparative Academic Growth, Postsecondary Readiness
- Farmersville Intermediate – Academic Achievement in Reading/Language Arts, Academic Achievement in Mathematics
While celebrating these achievements, it’s important to note that state accountability standards continue to rise, with more complex assessments and greater rigor required to earn top ratings. These accomplishments are even more significant as Farmersville ISD addresses rapid enrollment growth, adding over 120 new students across the district. The district embraces these challenges as opportunities to further strengthen teaching and learning for all students.
