Farmersville ISD is currently requesting proposals for Procurement of Kitchen Equipment. The Farmersville Independent School District will accept request for proposals until: 9:00 AM, Friday, May 24, 2024

PROCUREMENT OF KITCHEN EQUIPMENT
RFP 2024-KE

Farmersville Independent School District is requesting competitive sealed proposals
from vendors for:

1. ~~Three (3)~~ Two (2) double deck natural gas convection ovens with connector hose
kits & assembly,

2. One (1) electric tilting skillet braising pan,

3. One (1) electric boiler less steamer, and

4. ~~Three (3)~~ Two (2) single connectionless natural gas boiler-free convection steamers.

Proposals are due at 9:00AM Central Time, Friday, May 24, 2024, by electronic mail (email) to [email protected]

Bids will be opened in the Farmersville ISD Administration Building, 501A Hwy 78N, Farmersville, TX 75442, at 10:00 AM on Friday, May 24, 2024.

Proposals will be selected based on:

70% - price (including shipping with lift-gate delivery and installation)
15% - prior performance of vendor, and
15% - meets specifications.

Dealer Site Visit Required: Site visit required by all bidding dealers prior to submitting a bid proposal. Failure to make the site visit may result in rejection of bid proposal. Please contact Food Service Director, Cindy Lewis, at 214-454-4820, to arrange for your visit.

FISD reserves the right to accept, reject, or postpone any or all requests for proposals, and to waive irregularities in proposals to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Farmersville ISD is currently requesting proposals for Property/Casualty/Auto coverage. Copies of the

Property/Casualty
Description: Property (All Perils, Crime, Equipment Breakdown), Fleet Automobile (Liability,
Comprehensive/Collision, Catastrophic), School Liability (Professional Legal, General, and Employee
Benefits Liability), Privacy & Information Security, including complete legal representation coverage
associated with all claims.

Effective Date: September 1, 2024 - August 31, 2025

Receipt Deadline: Farmersville ISD must receive all proposals no later than 10:00 AM CST ON May 31,
2024. Late proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted or opened. Farmersville ISD is
not responsible for any proposal submitted incorrectly.

Proposals must be submitted as a PDF attachment via email to [email protected] with the
subject listed as SEALED PROPOSAL FOR RFP 2025-PC.

Proposals will not be opened publicly. The awarding of the proposal will be sent by email to all proposers.
Farmersville ISD reserves the right to reject any and all bids/proposals and waive any irregularities,
technicalities, or informalities in any bids or the bid process, and to accept the proposal the district
